Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.


📦 Returns

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition

  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

  • The item is not marked as a final sale

To start a return, email us at hello@aegishomewares.com with your order number and reason for return.

Please note:
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake. We recommend using a trackable courier service. Aegis Homewares is not responsible for return parcels lost in transit.


🔁 Exchanges

We’re happy to exchange items for a different colour, size, or product (where applicable), provided the original item is returned within the 14-day window and meets the return conditions. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


❌ Final Sale Items

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes items from select collections or promotional offers. These exclusions will be clearly noted on the product page.


💸 Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


🛠 Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@aegishomewares.com. Include your order number and a few clear photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it quickly — by replacing the item, issuing a refund, or offering a store credit.
