Where We Deliver
We currently deliver throughout South Africa via our trusted courier partner, BobGo.
If you're based outside SA and would like to place an order, please email us at hello@aegishomewares.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
Delivery Times
- Main centres: 2–4 working days
- Outlying areas: 3–7 working days
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1pm or over weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates
🟡 May Promotion:
Free Shipping on all orders throughout May — no minimum spend required.
🚚 After May:
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking
Once your order is confirmed and fulfilled, tracking information will be emailed automatically.
You can monitor your parcel directly via the BobGo courier portal.
Delivery Issues
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected time or shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us at hello@aegishomewares.com. We’ll investigate promptly.
Important Notes
- We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
- Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout.
- A signature may be required upon delivery.
